No adjustment, you would need cams, cables, and strings.

Z3 cams are specific, the KAtera XL can have the cam and a halfs and be adjustable

Does it have the Z3 cam on it or the cam in a 1/2 plus? The Z3 are not adjustable therefore you are looking at new cams.

The cams are in families. For dl from 25-27 1/2 you would use the same string/cable set ups and for 28-30 1/2 you would use a set. If you go from one family to amother then you also need string and cables. Better off buying what you need fromn the start.
