Does anyone make small thumb button releases for kids? This would be for a 3 year old.

I'm aware of the nock on/carter minis. I've held one of those, but wondering if there is anything else on the market? Maybe even smaller?

I looked on lancaster and didn't really see anything.

Once came across a really small one; it was engraved "JORDAN".

A fraction of the size of a Mini Evo. I suspect it was probably made by Stacey. Never seen another or had any success searching online.

If you're not tied to thumb trigger and could teach a 3-year old to shoot a rudimentary hinge, the Carter Fair Chase is pretty tiny. But would need to teach rotating the hand instead of bashing the trigger.

Haven't thought about trying a hinge.

I did consider having her try my silverback but she's only drawing about 7-8lbs and the backwall is so spongy I'm not sure how well it will work.

She's got the hang of a thumb trigger so I was thinking to stick with that. Using a truball max pro now.

Most releases that are tagged with "Mini" or "small" aren't actually small. They're just small-er than the standard version.

If you're looking for actually small releases, consider the following:

TRU Ball Champ
TRU Ball Fang Mini
TRU Ball Blade Mini
Spot Hogg Saturday Night Special or Friday night Delight
Stan Perfex Small
Stan Onnex Small

These are actually made for small hands, and if you want to see for yourself how small they are, I have a sizing guide on my website:
