I was just wondering about what all of you use for GOOD knives; I use Buck brand but here lately, it seems that their quality is slipping with the last couple of knives I've bought; need something that is tough and will hold an edge; thanks
I've been really impressed with my Cold Steel knives. You can check them out at www.coldsteel.com. You can also request a free DVD on there that shows their knives slicing up some serious chunks of meat and other stuff. Its definitely worth checking out since it is FREE. The DVD is no gimmick, their knives really are that sharp and that durable right out of the box.
