Do the Kobalt draw lengths run true, short, long, etc?

Here is a good pic of the cam 1/2 plus...they have 2.5" of draw length adjustment. This is the #5 cam, adjustable from 25.5-28"...It is adjustable every 1/2". so you have 25.5,26,26.5,27,27.5,28"...the #1 and #3 cam would give you lower draw length ranges...just giving an example.
