Just wondering is anyone had experience with the Kuiu Pro Chest Pack in hot environments?
I really want it to minimise dust ingress to my gear but the backing on it looks potentially hot wrapping around chest.

Sorry should have been clearer. I wanted the Kuiu Chest Pack because its compartments look better than my current set-up for keeping dust out of my binos and rangefinder.
My concern is the way the foam backing wraps around your chest it will be too hot in sub tropical conditions (Cape York Australia)

Get a black target that is ventilated!

i use the kuiu pro in a hot environment and it’s hot, along with any other harness with that similar look. can’t say i’ve tried them all, but i tried a whole bunch of harnesses trying to find a cool one for hawaii weather. the cool harnesses are the simple ones that are basically straps without the cover for you binos.

Thanks for response. Yes I hunt in sub and tropical Australia so even the Hunters Element Bino Harness and Rangefinder pouch gets hot and sweaty. Worried Kuiu might be worse but it does have slots for cooling. I've pulled the trigger on buying one now so have to see how it goes. The dust in some places I hunt (bulldust) is so fine it gets into all your optics, that's why I thought Kuiu looked like better protection
