Win Win for Retailers

Thanks for the encouragement. Our Test Flights are really a win win for the industry, because we don't sell the bows, we are simply providing opportunity to see what bows work best for us girls. We had over 100 women go through our Test Flights in Vegas, and about 25% new shooters! Then we direct our clients back to their local archery shop so they can buy their bow with confidence! We're hoping to exceed 125 at Louisville, so please help pass the word! Thanks again!

Ladies Opportunity to Shoot Mutiple Bows

We are hoping to be at the Hunting and Fishing days at John A. Logan College in Southern Illinois. If you have an event you would like us to attend, send me an email to [email protected], and I will see what we can do. We can't make them all, but we plan on traveling as much as possible. We should be adding more bows soon from Anderson Bow Company as well, so the wagon load will turn into a truck load!

Thanks for your support!

What a great idea!! You should pull that wagon up to some of the IBO events this summer too. Like the Triple Crown & World Championships. You'd get alot of takers there too. It's so nice that wome one out there finally gets it, that we women shooters want CHOICES!!! Kudos to you!

Test Flight Success Stories from SLG², Inc

Shoot Like a Girl has put nearly 150 women through their first two Test Flights for women! Of these women approximately 27 percent were brand new shooters! The Test Flights are designed to give women the opportunity to test multiple bows and see which bow is best for them. The company has partnered with BowTech, Hoyt, Mathews, Martin Archery, Alpine Archery, Limbsaver and Lancaster Archery Supply to bring women a large selection of bows to shoot and empower them to purchase their equipment with confidence.

Spotlighting one success story from Shoot Like a Girl’s Test Flight in Vegas, is Sammie. She was in the process of upgrading her bow, but hadn’t had and opportunity to try the bow she thought she wanted, and surely was not able to try bows from seven different manufacturers. She shot all of the product line, fell in love with her bow, went home and ordered it from her local dealer with confidence. She competed with her new bow just five weeks later at the NFAA National Indoor Championship! Way to go Sammie!

A success story from Louisville comes from McStamper. Her and her husband received starter bows at Christmas, she became hooked on archery and quickly realized she wanted to invest in her equipment. She had seen Shoot Like A Girl online, and drove from Michigan to Kentucky just to attend the Shoot Like A Girl Test Flight. Here the staff worked with her to quickly determine her eye dominance, and important aspect when investing in your first equipment, she’ll have some adjusting to do, as she is left eye dominate, but this will pay off big dividends as she progresses in her shooting. She spent the better part of day at the Test Flight (with many breaks in between). She was able to recognize what felt right, and what didn’t quite feel the same to her, until she ultimately chose her bow! She has reported to have ordered her bow from her local archery dealer with complete confidence! Even when she was faced with doubt that she was making the right decision, by good minded archers in her shop, she knew, because she tested multiple bows to make the choice that worked best for her!

Shoot Like A Girl expects to have many more success stories like these! They will have more Test Flights scheduled soon, their next one is at the Flying B Ranch in Idaho, April 1 – 5, 2009. Learn more about Shoot Like A Girl at www.shootlikeagirl.com!
