hey folks,

I've got a Nikon Archers Choice rangefinder that I bought last year. It wasn't cheap but it works well. My hunting partner needs to buy a rangefinder. I'm sure there are a lot of different companies & models on the market now. Who is making a really good range finder for the money? Any good deals out there?

Thanks much!

Check out Opti-logic's Micro II. The smallest, lightest, angle compensated (they developed it well ahead of the rest), waterproof, LED readout which can even be used in the dark, reads right on the money, I have even ranged to over 800 yards on a good object. Just under $300.

I have a Nikon Archers Choice. Thought it was awesome.

Friend stopped by the other day, had just bought a Leupold 1000BTR red letter.

It made me want to throw my Archers Choice in the trash.
