What laundry detergent do you guys use for your hunting clothes? I've been using stuff gear towards hunting the last few years but ran out and was wondering if there's a cheaper generic detergent that works.

Most hunters in our region dont use any detergent. The hunting clothes is for hunting only, no work, casual or party wear. Soak in water and rub with hands. Hang in the shade to dry, no direct sunlight only once in use. Put is Ziplock bag storage for next hunt.
Asko. The vast majority of commercial laundry soaps have perfume in them to give a fresh smell.
Another rule of thumb only wash once or twice a year if hey have a carbon block built into the product.
I've always heard that the "hunting" detergent is just re-branded sensitive skin stuff. I use Arm & Hammer Free and Clear. It's dye/fragrance free and only about $5 a bottle
Molly's SUds is primarily borax and baking soda. Cleans well and there is no scent. Also is powder so if you need to pack it along, a little in a ziplock bag will last a long time. I'm sure you could just get borax and baking soda and make your own like Capt'n D.
All I use for washing. Once air dried in my scent control/eliminating closet, I run an ozone product for no more than an hr. I’ve had deer downwind many of times and haven’t been busted. Luck? Idk, Maybe.
I try to use unscented or just regular detergent or I just add baking soda and no detergent at all and then let clothes Air-out. I try to take reasonable but not extreme steps
H&S "Scent-A-Way" "Max". Never pay full price Always hit the Stores that have a Sporting Goods Department (Like Miejers here in Michigan and it is usually 1/2 or more off to clear the shelves). And have deer all around me in my ladder Stand come in from every direction and have yet to get winded! But I am also use a Cover Scent ( Paul Pollick's "October Cover Mist". Works best for Me! As if you open most laundry Soaps Detergents, you will smell something scent free or not! I tried all the Bake Soda and etc for washing my clothes even borax( is hard to find here). So Keep It Simple when I am at Miejers I just stop in in late Decemeber and see what they have and the usually have H&S Products and discounted...
Use what Works for You I found this works best For Me....

Best thing I have done in all my years is switch to using baking soda. Wash with baking soda and hang dry for a few days. Store in a plastic scent free tote. Try not to wear outer gear next to the skin if I can. This has proven to work great for me. Deer do wind me at times but they don’t go bonkers as they did in the past. They just lift their noses a bit and go about their business.
My base layers are washed just like the rest of my street clothes.
Just baking soda. 13.5lb bag at costco is around 6 bucks. Will last me most of the year washing a load or two every week, and showering with it on days I hunt, often before each hunt when it's sweaty hot.
