can anyone tell me if the arrow speed will change by switching from 65 to 80 percent let off and will it get faster or slower? thanks

You are going to lose 2-5fps

what bow

if you have a Mathews going to 80% letoff will be adding 1/2" of draw length so that is plus 5fps...like that guy said around 3fps lost with more letoff

so you might gain 1fps aka won't notice a difference but more letoff and may be more enjoyable to shoot, especially if it is a LX :D

thanks for the info i bought a bowtech defender and it has the adjustable letoff deal on the cams. pick it up on friday cant wait

Sorry to be off topic here.But you will see a big change in your release makeing the shot.I feel for me 65% helps me make the shot better for targets with my release.Something to consider.Now for hunting i use 80% with a triger release.
