I currently shoot 5" feathers (4-fletch) straight-offset. Flight is awesome, but feather durability is not as good as vanes, so I wanted to try some vanes. I'd like them to be as light as possible so my FOC won't change. Any ideas?

FWIW, it's a hunting setup, with a whisker-biscuit.

most 5 inch vanes are 9 grns or more, your 4- 5inch feathers weigh less than
1- 5inch vane. even the short 2 inch vanes weigh alot.so you may have to go to a heaver head to keep your foc

Marco veins are the lightest I have ever tried, cant remember how much the weigh though.

Most times when I use vanes I like the Duravane LP-400. It's as low profile 4" that weighs just about 6.5 grains each. What impresses me the most about them is the consistency of the weight from vane to vane.
