I have been shooting one of the original Parker bows for quite a few years now. I was going to buy a new bow this year but finances didn't work out. I do not want to get rid of my old bow. I have always tinkered with recurves and I have a blast shooting the little cheap 45lb'r I bought at a pawn shop yrs ago. I read somewhere that there are people who are taking the limbs off of their old compound bows and buying or making recurve limbs for them. Does anyone out there know anything about this or anywhere to get these limbs? I really don't want to retire the old Parker and this might be a way to justify shooting it more after the new arrival. HeHeHe sounds like I'm having a baby.
