I just called, the ENTIRE company is out to lunch except the secretary I talked to.......


I just want to know why the rubber is sliding off the shaft? Every 2-3 shots, the rubber part slides about 1/4" off the shaft. Isn't the rubber part supposed to be glued to the rod or attached somehow? Is there a way to fix this or do I need to ask for a replacement?

Zoinks, now you got me paranoid. I tightened mine onto my bow turning the rubbery part.....crap.

When my alpha shoxs kept sliding toward the cam on my new Protec I called them and they immediately sent me the new style out without question. Very good customer service imo. By the way the new ones don't move.
