One good option is that pet proof screen sold at Home Depot, I’ve used it before. It’s strong, won’t hold moisture if left out in the rain, and won’t hold scent. You just have to use a heavy quality marine grade thread, I would recommend size 138 thread.

 

Loc-On use to use canvas. Try fish net material.

 

What did you end up going with? I’ve got one like in the pic to the left. Made a seat with fishing net but it slowly pops out resulting in the seat bowing out lower and lower so I’m looking for something a bit stronger. May try that pet-proof screen.

 

The pet screen works great and doesn’t stretch.

 

this was few years ago, but when the cloth wore out they had an upgraded seat and strap, I bought both..prior to them going out of business

 

you guys have any pictures of the super seat they made? I have several of their stand but don-t like their cloth seat.

 

Treehopper is back selling the windwalker so they may have replacement seats available.

 

I modified my windwalker and installed a mesh seat. Kind of pricey but works great. Just better options for stands these days to me.

Anyone know where you can get replacement cables and maybe attachment straps for the wind walkers and Limit?? I have a couple windwalkers and a Limit but they are 25-30 years old and I haven’t used them in years. They have always been kept inside and are in good shape but I would feel a lot better about them if I could replace the cables and straps.
