I've been collecting old Loc-on stands for the last year because I like them. No cables to rust, no straps to rot.

Anyways, I'm looking for replacement seat ideas.

Looking for a quiet seat material and source in order to sew up replacement seats....as well as considering other options along the DIY spectrum to possibly build a wood seat etc.

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.

One good option is that pet proof screen sold at Home Depot, I’ve used it before. It’s strong, won’t hold moisture if left out in the rain, and won’t hold scent. You just have to use a heavy quality marine grade thread, I would recommend size 138 thread.

Anyone know where you can get replacement cables and maybe attachment straps for the wind walkers and Limit?? I have a couple windwalkers and a Limit but they are 25-30 years old and I haven’t used them in years. They have always been kept inside and are in good shape but I would feel a lot better about them if I could replace the cables and straps.
