I am looking into getting a takedown recurve. What is the best bow for the money?

There are 3 million t/d bows out there, very few of them bad. Find one you like and ask about that. Other-wise this is going turn into another this bow is better than that bow thread.

BTW - you also didn't mention your price range, purpose (target, hunting or casual), your previous experience and (if known) draw length.
