I am using the 125 grain Magnus Snuffer this year...can anyone give me some feedback on these heads, such as how they perform and what the blood trails look like, etc?
Wish I could tell you how they performed on deer, but I got blanked last year. They sure shoot good enough for me. I found them a little easier to sharpen than Montecs too. They're a nice head IMO. (I'm speaking of the Snuffer SS)
Just got a 6 pack of 125 gr. Snuffer's myself to use this year. I got tired of buying replacement blades so I wanted to try something different. The Snuffer's have been around a long time so I thought they must be a pretty good head and I got 6 of them for $26.00, which was a lot cheaper than others i'd looked at.
I've been a practicing a lot with mine and they seem to fly real good. Just got to touch them up with a file and a fine diamond stone and i'll be anxious to see how they do for me come Oct. 1
