I was just curious, of all of you who have bought the new martin bow, how is it. Smooth, quiet, and is it forgiving. Looks like a good bow at a great price but a little worried about the brace height.
Thanks

i bought one a few weeks ago and had the same questions but after i shot it for about 2 days i have no worries at all. its easy to draw, quiet, easy to shoot. i have shot some of my best groups in a while with this bow after shooting a newberry katana, iron mace, rytera bulletx with nitrous, and mathews switchback xt. i guess the price tag helps me too i like good quality bows for a good price. also this bow is as well a finished bow as i ever seen, i thought for the price there would be some finish issues but there are none.

It is smooth and quiet and forgiving of my mistakes.:)

I'd never owned a short ATA bow before...thinking that they weren't "forgiving". I've found it to be equally forgiving as any of my other, much longer, bows.

Very forgiving. I get into hunting "forms" and it still shoots as good. I can make a shot that feels bad and it still hits right. I actually ripped the center of my pillow target shooting a 12 arrow group.
In target form it makes me mad because it's easier to hit with than the bow I built for distance ("distance" because it's still pretty short to be dubbed a "target" bow).
