I have a Razor X with 6L Elite Limbs on it (50 - 65 lbs ). I also have a Scepter II with 4L Elite Limbs on it ( 40 - 55 lbs).
Can I assume that if I put the 4L limbs on the RazorX I would then have a RazorX with 40 - 55 lbs pull?

YES, You can trade them limbs and have 10lbs differnents

That would be correct. It is about 5 pounds per number
