The Apex (conquest, 4 and 7)
Are they available in 30-40 lb range
Looking for a target bow for my daughter in law
Just wondering if they make it?

They make it in 40 lb. draw weight and you could back it off from there.One problem may be the bows weight.I dont know how old and how big your daughter is,but the apex weighs 5 lbs bare bow.She might be more comfortable with a lighter bow.

The Conquest 4 weighs 4.4 lbs. and shoots great. It is a little lighter than the apex 7 and apex. You might want to look at the prestige. It might be the best fit of them all because it only weighs 3.9 lbs and you can get it in a 40# draw weight. I know that a lot of the women pro's shoot this bow and seem to really like it. It is also relatively fast (322 @29 inches IBO). Hope this helps.
