I have a Q2 2001 ish vintage, not sure of the age. I was looking at the cam to time it and notice that the writing on it said MQ1-30R is this the right cam on the bow and how do I time it?

What color is the bow? If it relly is a Q2 then thats the wrong cam.
It may be an MQ1 with a different grip on it

The bow is a camo color with alot of brown or earth tones to it, not much green.

I never thought of that, I should hve researched it more! HUH!

No that doesn't sound right at all. Not sure what your draw length is but the cam should say something like SL2-AR which is what I have on my cam I have a 30inch draw on mine. Someone put the wrong cam on the bow if it indeed a Q2. Good luck

Q2 were brown realtree xtra gray (Brown Camo) not green camo
Yours sounds like a Q2
The A to A should be Approx 34"
If it is then you need a new cam A is the longest 30"
B next 29" thier are 1/2 sizes also make sure you get the right one
