I recently bought a BOWTECH reckoning G2 (haven't gotten it yet). Of course, right after I bought this one, I found a discount code to get the Mathew's title for pretty much the same price. I could still return the G2 and get the Mathew's but l'm not sure. The BOWTECH has some really cool features that the Mathew's doesn't and vice versa. I'm still growing so I like the adjustability of the BOWTECH and that I can tinker with it without a bow press but I've heard wonders about the Mathew's. Is the Mathew's really all that great or is it just really good marketing lol? If I do decide to return it it will be a bit of a hassle but it can be done (pretty much no going back). If I'm spending $1800 I wanna make sure I am getting the best possible

Here’s a controversial thought: once you get past the tuning bells and whistles, you’re left with a bow. That bow is defined by the riser, cams etc. But how does the bow then shoot? The evidence I am seeing is that the Title is a truly exceptional shooter. Hanswn has not shot this well in a long time and the rest of the pro staff seem to be gelling really, really well with their Titles. I shoot Hoyt at the moment, but I have certainly noticed that the Title is performing really well and users tend to report that they like them a whole bunch more than their TRX. I really liked my 39 Gen 2 in many ways, but the back wall I hated. It’s hard like a limb stop in either the hard or soft setting. Too hard for me. No give whatsoever. YMMV Of,course, but I far preferred my current bow, the Stratos 40. ‘But where’s all the cool tech’ you ask? I don’t know…. but I got a bit distracted with all the Xs it was punching and how easy it was to shoot well to care….

The ‘tech’ markets well, but it doesn’t magically put arrows in the middle. There’re many other things about a bow that might be far more important for you.

personally, I’d buy a Title blind over a Reckoning Gen 2 (which I’ve owned). I loved my TRX 40s and the Title seems to be a real knockout

The Bowtech Gen 2 has a real advantage in let-off. You can adjust let off a pound at a time. Also using time lock you can adjust draw length in fine increments. If the back wall is too firm for your taste you can take one stop off like Tim Gillingham did, put on hoyt round rubber stops or buy Lucky stops.
