Dumb question, I know. But if I just go by my poundage and arrow length, like normal, I should buy 250's. On the other hand, if I go by the "adjusted bow poundage", I need 350's.

Shooting 62lb Bowtech realm 28DL.

Contact an archery shop you trust and get their recommendation. I would think you could call Carbon Express directly for an answer, if you do not have a pro shop you like.

I'm shooting 350's, 63lb bowtech reign 7, 65lb hoyt nitrum turbo and 70lb Darton DS3800 they fly straight out of all these bows.

I would do the 350 too, and if your worried about being a little over spine use a 125 grain head
