New to the forum. Thanks for any help.

So I'm looking at getting the Montana Black Gold Easy Glider but I need a little help understanding how the multi-pin models work. I understand the single pin. Slide to your yardage and it's a done deal.

The confusion is on the 3 pin AMP and 4 pin FlashPoint. This is the way I think it works, somebody let me know if I'm right or wrong.

You sight in the top pin with the slider bottomed out at lets say 20 yards. Then without sliding it, sight in the rest of the pins to 30, 40 and 50 (for the 4 pin). I like this because your good to go in most hunting situations without needing to adjust anything.

My question is: What happens when you slide the sight? As soon as you slide it for longer ranges which pin(s) do you use?

Thanks for any help!

Easy Glider

You simply sight in your pins and then choose a pin that you want to use as your rover and always use it when you move the sight.
