They are a great bow, the marketing was geared more for target archery though. I love the cams on this bow very smooth and quiet. I have known several who used them to hunt with. They are very accurate and forgiving.
If I had to pick out anything that was undisireable, it would be that they are a little bit on the heavy side if you like a lightweight bow.
For the money, you can't go wrong. Mcpherson/Pearson is a great company with great products.
