i saw one in pottersdale,pa.PGC said,THEY DONT EXIST.
i know what i saw and i said same thing. males are moving east and are hard too catch in 1 area.
male cougar was shot in chicago and it was verified that it came over 1,000 miles and crossed 3 states to get there.

District Biologist here in IN said the males are being pushed east via territorial competition w/ other males. IN acknowledges them.
