So over working my shoulder practicing for an upcoming shoot and throwing a newer more aggressive bow into the mix has left me with a sore shoulder, not super painful just sore/stiff. As a result of this I dropped out of our indoor 3D leagues to get the shoulder back to 100%. I am going to use this time to get the hang of a hinge release. I have obtained a couple Scott Longhorns, including a Hex, and a Saunders Firing Line trainer. I have tried the releases with a "string bow" and seems like I am getting the hang of it. Plan is to use the Firing line all winter till the weather breaks, then blank bale awhile once I can get outside, then finally put a sight back on maybe about mid-spring/early summer. How does my plan sound to you guys???
