Well bass pro had them on sale for 14.88 for 3. Regular price for 3 is 30.00. I now know why they are on sale. Duller than any other broadhead I ever bought. The 2 expandable blades open if you just touch the broadhead. I have not shot them yet because I might send them back to bass pro. This is my first post where I'm talking bad about a product but these heads just plain suck. Don't waste your money.

the blades I had on mine were razor sharp, never had a problem with them.
I even field tested them in Iraq shooting plywood, steel burn barrels, and even brick and clay walls.
I Can't say they were the most durable out of the ones I toyed with but, they were at the top of the list.........

I've taken several deer with the tekan expandable and in my experiences it has outperformed all other heads i have used (mechanical and fixed). All tekans that i have touched have been plenty sharp. I'm not sure why you found them half price, unless they are tekanI because now they have tekanII. But there is not a whole lot of difference between the two heads. If you want an excellent performing mechanical, I would recomend holding on to them.

good luck.
