first off, i am not interested in its affect on rut activity or bucks in general, but rather the feeding patterns of does and fawns. i saw a load of deer the first 2 trips, but the third, i got totally skunked. the first 2, the moon was getting bigger, but the 3rd it was just about full. is that a coincedence or is there something to it? will the daytime movement start again as the moon starts waining? or is it best on a waxing moon? thanks for any info!
