I have shot every deer with my bow in the morning..

I have yet to score in the evening.

Actually 90% of the total deer I have killed have been in the morning including rifle and bow.

in jersey we get a lot of action in the evening. i can see fresh tracks and scat from the morning so i know there's some decent action in the morning too. i'm just not familiar enough with the property to hunt in the morn yet. got lost the one i tried, hahaha.

Evenings - Just because I hunt more evenings after work than mornings. I prefer morning hunts better though. JMO

I personally like both but to be successful you have to hunt mornings and evenings differently. Mornings their goin to bed, evenings their coming to eat. For most hunters it is easier to kill them coming to feed. It takes a little more thought and work to get them going to where they bed but when you figure out how to do it you can be very successful in the mornings
