Can someone help me with getting clear pictures on my Edge 2. Mine are a light red color

Looks like a stuck IR filter to me…I’d contact Moultrie.

Okay, got that all figured out but I didn’t want to start a new thread.

So two cameras have been out for a couple of weeks now. Both devices show good data and signal, daily Test image works fine. One camera has taken one night photo, otherwise absolutely nothing? Cameras are both on high sensitivity in high traffic areas. If not deer, there’s unfortunately tons of coyotes and usually some bears - and last physical check there’s plenty of tracks. No photos.

Any tips or are these just generally unreliable?

Mine seem reliable. Not sure what to make of your issue? Have you co tasted Moultrie?

It's also important to note that the camera check-in times are not the same camera-to-camera. If you have 3 cameras set on every 24 hours. One camera's check-in time may be 8am, another one noon and another one 3:30pm. That's done so that there isn't an overload on servers by uploading images at the same time.

So it has nothing to do with the time you connect them to the network? Just a random assignment of upload times?

well damn. I thought it had internal memory. So the crappy pics I’m seeing on the app are all that I will get? I’ve got a 10 year old browning that still takes better pics.

Have that Browning send you a video to compare to your Edge video.
