Ok first off moving the rest because the sights are off is the wrong thing to do. If you use a peep sight that is what should have been adjusted, if you don't then your anchor point has changed and needs to be adjusted. Set the rest back, paper tune, make sure the arrow your shooting is the correct arrow for your set up.
