yeah well i dont think there is much denying on how cool it is. Especially for those who dont enjoy using a scope. The reason for the cost is that there are not set pin patterns with every crossbow manufacturer. Unlike compounds, which require all manufactures to have the same pin sets for archery sights, this sight has to be custom by being drilled at tapped. These guys were great for me and how often do you get to talk directly to owner of the company? I've yet to find a bad review on them or any of there products.
