Hey everyone. This will be my first year hunting, and i am not sure were to start arrow wise.
~55lb, 29" draw, and a PSE Stinger G3. How heavy of a broadhead and arrow? And any recommendations for an arrow in terms of brand/model?
Thanks everyone

What about a GT XT Hunter w/ a .400" spine? Its 8.2 gr an inch and could i run it with a 100gr broad head?

I run GT 5575 (.400) thru my stinger at cut to 27 to 27.5" and they are just about perfect. But I am shooting 50lbs or less and have a 27" DL.
You may have to run them a little shorter to use .400 spine I don't like having BHs too close to my fingers. It wouldn't hurt to go up a spine and run them at 28-29"
I've used beman ICS hunters in 340 spine in my rig at 50lbs with 100gr points. They shot straight but just dropped a little more than my 5575s past 35 yards.
But the added weight might be a benefit to you since you are going to hunt with your stinger
good luck
