I currently have 5oz at 28" and 7oz on the side bar. Try 1>2.5 / 1>3 ratio on your weights for starters . I usually add neutral ( weight down ) base weights to the bottom of a riser for windy conditions.

On the CE I had, I actually had 2 ounces on the front at 30 inches and 5 on the side. Worked well for me. You will have to play with it for sure. I really good place to starty would be 2 on the front and 6 on the side. Then it is play time.
