Hey guys,

I just got a 2014 Hoyt Pro Comp Elite with the GTX cams #2 25.5-27 inch. I was shooting a PSE dominator Max set at 27 inches and never hit my arm. I have the draw length set at 25.5 because I'm hitting my arm every shot and cannot figure out why? I have heard the GTX cams are often longer than normal but I just don't know what to do.

More than likely it is your hand position and your not kicking your elbow out, with out a slight relax to your arm. In other words your hyper extending.

Get someone to take your picture at full draw, from a few diffrent angles

You may be collapsing your wrist and letting the bow grip contact your palm. This causes your forearm to move inward into the string's path. Try shooting with a medium or high wrist grip position. This will move your forearm out away from the string.
