I purchased a QT2000rg RH (for my ovation) from a seller in the United States. He sent me the left hand version. Worse, the lift ball is missing. He will replace the unit if I send it back. As international shipping is expensive (US$17.00), I transferred everything to the left to make the rest RH. Except for the missing liftball, everything seems to work fine. I have emailed NAP last week for the ball replacement (I pay shipping), but they have not responded; or maybe they do not respond to international customers' support problems.
