Hi guyz..

i have a problem.. I am a quite new to compound as recently i have bought a new Copper John ANTS target sight.. I have a new specialty 1 3/8" scope..

May i know, how do you tighten the scope firmly , tightly and properly on the mounting block? Beacause after a few shots my scope came loose and i gt to retighten again.

I am afraid my scope housing might break if i use my hand to grab on the housing and turn it tightly..

Please advise..

Cheers & Good Shooting..

On my sureloc I put it on the housing side. BTW, it's not the run of the mill household lock washer. I can't remember the specific name of it, but it's flat washer and has grooves radiating out from inside to outside.

I think what you are talking about is a star washer, can be bought at local hardware stores, you can get the stars in or out.
