I bought some 2nd hand 570 A/C/E's only three are cut. I'll be shooting a 2011 Alpha Elite around 60lbs 28" draw length. I realize these arrows are a little weak for my set up. The three shafts that are cut he took 1.5" off the back and then another 2" off the front for a total of 28 1/2"(from the nock grove excluding the point) with a 110gr point. He said this will put the arrow 2 spines up. These arrows weigh 305gr and just don't seem to want to tune through paper with my Katera XL 59 lbs 28" draw.

Is there a way I can get these arrows to work for me with the Alpha Elite I'll be getting? I'm willing to play with draw weight a bit 55-60 lbs and point weight 100-110-120gr break off points. Could someone maybe run this setup through some software and see what you can come up with? Thanks.

They are a barrelled shaft so that means the arrow is stiffest in the middle. You can only cut so much of the front and so much of the back before the pin nock inserts and your points wont fit. Id shoot 100gr or even 90gr points with the arrow as short as possible.

I shoot x10s 500s with 100gr at 28.75 inches with a 28.5" draw at 58lbs at 280fps
