The Vista Archery Padre kit has all the stuff you're talking about. I just ordered the Vista Padre quiver a couple days ago so I can't say much more about it than that I like the features.

I use a hip quiver hanging off a tool-belt style belt. Then I added pockets and stuff that were made for belts like that to hold extra points, tools, and stuff like that. Might be a cheap way to go if you're worried about cost
