I was out dove hunting in an apple orchard on saturday when I came upon something I have never seen before. I found an apple tree hit pretty hard. I asked my buddy, "is that a rub?" I usually don't see rubs this early, but he said, "there are a lot of tracks around here". it was then that I found velvet. it was if the buck had peeled the last two points of velvet off like a glove and left it on the ground. I'd like to see this guy because the tree was very stout to be picking on.
