I just got a new bow and before I get my arrows cut, I have already screwed up my shoulder. Bow was set on 62lbs and I had been drawing the bow alot. I had felt my shoulder was sore and laid off the bow for several days. However, I decided to go play in a golf tournament yesterday and that was a BIG mistake. From reading other post, it seems I have been using my shoulder to do the majority of pulling, not my back muscles. Funny thing is, it never hurt me before. Getting older can sometimes be a bad thing. Oh well, I will probably miss opening weekend in Arkansas, but, shoulder hopefully will be fine in a couple of weeks. Think I will lower my DW to mid 50's and start building up from there.
