Good to know it has a “shock absorbing hole”. Super glad it has a “ring installation position” - every good riser definitely needs one of those…

Uukha must be delighted

But if you buy an ILF riser that has the words Formula splashed all over it you kind of deserve (probably worse than) what you get (You are exempt from that if it was a 1990s Nishizawa Formula). Also note that it is almost 50% lighter than the Uukha. Looks the same but 50% lighter… er… that doesn’t sound good. Yeah yeah it’s because they used higher quality materials… definitely… probably… mostly… yeah.

This is almost as blatant as the Border Tempest rips offs. Please show that you have a modicum of ethics and decency and don’t buy these rip off products.

Here is the company site. Its a bit more insight of the company then just a horrible add.

The limb bolt seams like solid bolt. See at 4:26. It should be an expansion bolt on other end?

It really is strange that the country that invented so many things (two of which are gunpowder and guns) has become a nation of intellectual property thieves. It's as though they're completely incapable of inventing anything. All of their stuff is just rehashed knock offs of better products. Even their flag is a copy of the soviet red star with yellow outline.

They are still fakes. The Chinese have become the second largest economy at least in part by illegal means and the Chinese court system is making it difficult for the US to seek legal remedy.
Read this before you support their efforts: China Wields New Legal Weapon to Fight Claims of Intellectual Property Theft

And this: "Pressure to maintain strong economic growth within China has created an environment where success may be attained by any means necessary—and the theft of American intellectual property has been made fair game. Unfortunately, intellectual property theft equates to a loss of nearly $600 billion for the United States each year." https://www.heritage.org/asia/comme...ia/commentary/chinese-companys-intellectual-property-theft-no-isolated-incident

I know it's hard to pass up a seemingly good deal, but we should. Imho.

All true but Beiter are German so it is theft of German intellectual property. Uukha are French. Border are British (or Scottish if your brain likes that better).

FWIW the only person I know who accidentally ended up with fake Beiter nocks found that long term they cracked/failed (hence finding out they were fake later). YMMV
