Hey guys, my new Pure should be here soon, it will be a 50-60, but I've recently injured my shoulder and need to shoot the lowest weight I can get it down to for a while. How many full turns can I go? I know that the limbs are 50-60, but on other bows I've owned, the limb bolts were very long, and I could cheat a little if I had to and get the poundage a little lower.

What are my real world adjustments on a pure?

Thanks

Elite suggests the maximum turns out at 2...is there more room to play w/than that probably, but how much I don't know...when I turned my 60-70 limbs down the full amount it ended at 62, so you'll probably end up around 52. Good luck.

Yep-You don't want to go down more than 10lbs or two turns on Elites. You should be able to go down to 50lb with no problem and that bow will really draw smooth on that poundage.

I shoot mine at 53 pounds, That is 2 turns out. Dealer said that is all you should go.
