Hey guys, im wanting to go antelope, mule or elk hunting. im wanting to know what i would need just to go be able to take them. I live in oklahoma so its not that bad of a drive. im more interested in the antelope. but if the prices are about the same y not you know? well thanks to whom replies

Here is all the info you need.

Unfortunately, New Mexico isn't a state where you can just drive out and hunt any of those three species. They all require you draw a tag and it is just pure chance of you getting one. Application deadline is April 9th. It looks like deer will cost you $270, antlered elk will be at least $543 and pronghorn is $278. I may be wrong though but that is how I am reading things.

If you get drawn, you have to pay that and I believe a $4 habitat management fee.
