I have a 16 year old son who is new to shooting and I need some advise. I have found a Pearson Legend at a good price and checks out good, so I am wondering if this would make a good first starter bow or not. I know it is a little older, but i am looking for something that he can use for now while he figures out what he likes/dislikes. I really dont have any ideas. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you're getting it in the 300 dollar range, I'd be getting an Infinite Edge, Craze/Riot/Rally, PSE Rally, or Hoyt Ignite for new.

$200. Has drop zone rest and 2013 trophey ridge sights, stabalizer and limb savers and D loop and silencers, comes with hard case and 6 bow madness arrows, field tips & 2013 spiral. At least thats what I was told.

It's a good deal as long as you can get the draw length and weight to where he can shoot it.

Guessing a trip to the shop for some adjustments will be in his future. Hopefully this is something that can be done easily?
