Outside of the obvious---threads gone, broken etc; What are the signs/indicators you use that say you need to replace strings and or cables?

creep and stretching causing bow to go out of tune, dual cam bows will show alot easier as you can feel a double hump when each of the cams roll over, peep rotation issues that seem to just start
I would say the biggest would be a noticeable change in your draw length. I try to make it a habit to have the bow timing checked out at the start of every year.
