Can you bowhunt in New York State outserts on your arrow? I am looking at Victory VAP's and was wondering if they were legal.

Yes, they are legal. The only thing illegal would be broadheads that are considered "barbed," or "explosive."

yep, if you shoot mechanical the blades must swing open and shut can not lock open like barb..
