Hey everyone, I'm looking at getting into archery mostly for hunting. I'm getting sick of the little boys club that is the rifle season in Ontario, so I thought that this would be a perfect way to get out into the woods when everyone else is at work. I haven't yet bought a bow but am currently shopping around. I shot a few hoyts this weekend and found 70 lbs to be no problem at a draw length of between 29.5 to 30 inches. The Hoyt rampage that I shot felt really nice but the price isn't really what I am looking for. I've had my eye on the new diamond outlaw but of the 2 archery shops within 300 kms neither carry diamond bows. I'm anxious to get started but am wary of ordering a bow from bass pro or cabelas that I've never shot. I'm going to visit the other bow shop this week to see what they have but from the specs and reviews the diamone is the one I want. Anyway, looking foreward to learning lots on here and learning to drive tacks at 40 yards hehe.
