I'm wanting to put a kisser button on my bow but the one I have snaps on the string and uses two black nocks to hold the kisser in place but I don't have the black nock deals so my ? is can I serve the kisser on? or use something like the brass nocks?

I used kissers for a long time. I go back to the days when these were the norm and people didn't use peep sights. There are still some advantages to using a kisser, but I now never use both at the same time. At any rate, the metal causes too much weight and is prone to slippage. I have been serving kissers in for years. Take a look at my nock tying thread. Tie a serving nock below the place you want the kisser and then serve the kisser in.
