The inserts aren't hidden. You have to glue them in. I think 32" is the un-cut length, so the inserts are probably still in the bag. If they are already glued in, you will have to cut the nock end of the arrow and re-fletch them, or cut more than the insert depth from the tip end and get some more inserts.
