I shot him on opening day at about 18 yards, 7:20 pm with plenty of light out. I used a G5 striker that passed through both sets of ribs. The striker broke one blade and left very little blood but the deer only ran 40 yards.

GREAT deer. My opening day wasnt THAT good. Saw quite a few and almost had a big ole slickhead in the freezer but got busted on my draw.
